We had prime KD, LeBron, and Kobe and almost lost to them in 2012. We have a better collection of talent but this is more important than any NBA/Euroleague accomplishment and they’ve been playing as a unit since they were kids vs the US basically just rolling out a team a month ahead of time. I think the US is still the odds on favorite for gold but it would be foolish to underestimate some of these other countries.
