True. Only good thing about the 2020s so far (in my opinion) is:

• The ability to work from home becoming more standard, saving time, money and energy and giving the worker more flexibility
• Video games been dope

The exhibition was dope I quite liked it. it was on 'art brut' (raw art), art that was created outside of the norms without regard for being anything more than creative expression. Lots of pieces from people who experience a psychiatric break, who chose a life of homelessness, or people otherwise on the fringe of society.

Anyway back to the thread I think it's interesting there is this clash about the decade. As though if you critique it you are attacking the very ideals of a person who enjoyed it. I reckon it's just largely a result of miscommunication but maybe that's just my latent desire to see the best in people. Also interesting how I didn't really notice how op only really spoke on media in his first couple posts and i said amen when really my dislike of the 2020s is just how far they have fallen from what they could have been. We were this close to some real positive changes happening but it seems like it's all getting steamrolled and sabotaged by people whose goals go against the betterment of most peoples. Real shame tbh

yeah, she had a hard time though, she spent a month in the hospital and after getting a negative she contracted some infections from the hospital bathroom which screwed her a lot and delayed her recovery for 3 months, she had to be on a very strict diet she could only eat a few select vegetables and plain rice

I'm glad that now she's fully recovered
