    yeah this is why I've pulled back from tech tbh

    my smartphone has an eink display so I'm encouraged to read books on it more, rather than scroll or watch youtube

    I have a dedicated digital audio player loaded with thousands of songs that I've downloaded myself, and I started that collection 15 years ago

    and because the camera on my phone is dogshit I'm more inclined to take my Sony a6000 with me and take seriously nice photos with mindfulness rather than snap a bunch of s*** for no reason

    worlds falling apart, but im minding my business to the maximum, staying responsible for myself above all. there's a lot of beauty out there and when I'm in my lane I find that it attracts interesting people who are like minded

    I just think we are already here. You have people with the ability to real time take pictures of you with meta glasses, create an AI poster, wifi print it to printer nearby and stick the wanted poster at the front of the store you’re casually walking around through and now your life is ruined on some fentanyl s*** off of a prank if someone approaches off that s*** and you been in the store for less than 5 minutes is how quick it can happen now. Or someone can literally scan your face now as you walk by casually, pull up your public social profiles and public information, and ruin your life in seconds if they so choose

    I just think we’ve advanced quicker than people are willing to admit where the iPhone 17 is already laughable

    People were duped into thinking they can do whatever they want on social media

    None of my social media are linked to my real name and i very rarely show myself on there

    Its common sense that ppl lose when they see other people making the same mistake
