When you push yourself as a progressive person then if you link something that supports Holocaust denial then I think you'll face different consequences from someone whose neutral.

I'm not saying that's fair but I don't think it's fair you seem to want Kyrie to be treated within a vacuum and not within context of himself.

Being a basketball player isn't a career you can have and doing those kind of things now the UFC? He might've slid cause it's a more conservative sport and more anti activism but an NBA player wasn't gonna slide like that.

@Valentine Kyrie got in trouble because he works for a company that brags about being progressive and he himself makes a large part of his brand being progressive so the reaction to him versus someone like Shaq or a company like Amazon isn't gonna be the same not to mention his support of Alex Jones and other conspiracies.

if Kyrie worked a different job and was a different guy prolly would've went different but in the NBA which just fired a player that year for anti semitism it wasn't gonna fly.
