Scott Borchetta, the guy who started Big Machine records and signed Taylor to be the label's first artist. The first half of the song is from his perspective, signing Taylor, taking her under her wing, promising her a whole bunch of s***, d***'s bigger, etc.

Then there's a key change, a slight switch up and now it's Taylor talking to Scott basically about how he wouldn't have been anything without her, she was making the deals, making him a success, how she was actually the one with the big d***, etc. and now he has nothing.

I call him a pedo cuz there's a pretty infamous quote from him where he says something along the lines of, "The really interesting thing about Taylor was, here's this 14 year old girl, but you can't tell if she's 14 or 21."

That quote is CRAZY
