With that being said I do genuinely enjoy the rest of the record

He's basically producing the same type of track over and over again and by doing so he basically became the hand that standardized pop music over the past few years (which is terrible 'cause Lorde's music now sounds like Lana's which also sounds like Taylor's....)

I disagree. There are like 5 songs from each of those albums that I still play a lot. I can't even pick 3 songs from this album I can see adding to my rotation. She's just made many of these songs a lot better in the past and in that regard, this album really wasn't needed imo.
