My ex girlfriend sexually assaulted me and when I told her I was gonna report her she told me to go ahead cause she knew niggas wouldn't care or believe that s*** happened the f***ing audacity. She was right though

This might be funny to you but women do that to little boys who also grow up not being believed and laughed at even if you're over it/can laugh about it, I'm sorry that happened to you ๐Ÿ˜”

Yeah it's really bad and affects people for a lifetime. I only laugh about it as a defence mechanism cause I've never actually dealt with that s***

Imagine police believed her and he wasnt smart enough to record...

Idc if its male, female, rape, or murder people have a right to a fair trail. Thats what the system is here for

if we kept that midset hoes would still be getting murked for being "witches"

can't be reflective of a 1% convinction rate, especially when there are hundreds of thousands of untested rape kits

So to answer my question, the answer is no.. You don't know how hard it is to prove that something happened in a private place.
You ASSUME that it can't be reflective of a 1% conviction rate
But you don't KNOW bc you haven't actually looked into it you are literally just talking out your ass based on how you feel

Think about what you ate for breakfast yesterday (if you were alone, that is, if not go back every day until you ate breakfast alone). Try to come up with evidence that could prove that you are telling the truth about what you ate to a complete stranger, beyond a reasonable doubt (more than 99% sure)

Hopefully this will show you how hard it is

Makes no sense, why would takeoff rape someone, is this behavior consistent with how he treats other women he has been involved with?
Does he not know how to properly communicate with women?!
If more women come forward claiming he treated them similar the it will become more believable to me

  • Aug 5, 2020

Yeah I had family over there and did college there. We back in Canada with it now though

  • A rape kit is more effective if it's violent. Date rape or s***with non consenting drunk people is where a kit will have a harder time

I'm writing as some one who is in the law field, so my opinion is slightly different than some of you: I just wish discussions of sexual and sexualized crime would be bit more rational. Because these crimes relate to human reproduction and our most innate drives, people get very emotional about them, but I think we have to take emotion and such out of the legal system, otherwise we wouldn't be better than the witch hunters of the past. It is possible to have a nuanced take about these things without being a misogynist or anything. I understand people making moral judgments but the legal world is just a whole different thing. I haven't read the OP yet so I don't know if this is a civil suit or anything but she did the right thing going to the courts first rather than trying things on Twitter. If she does that, she should receive a fair trail like anybody and have her side be heard, same for Takeoff.

There are unique problems to the American system, like the jury system, institutional racism, the massive private jail system, the focus on punishment rather than rehabilitation, the ridiculously high settlements in torts law, but to deny the cultural achievement that is the legal system together with its presumption of innocence altogether isn't beneficial to anyone. You can go back thousands of years into history and you will still find judges and so on. We shouldn't go back to the days where everybody bashes their heads in.

Obviously the ones defending rape, but my post was deleted all of a sudden and it wasn't even bad wtf

First page looks different af too

that would be a good question if authorities tested most rape kits to begin with, we should be asking why the police don't seem to take rape accusations as serious as other crimes.

I hate to shift the conversation but what can you tell us from your experience about convictions regarding female on male sexual assault?
