When you are the former presidents daughter, and get attached to a project, news outlets are going to want to ask questions about that. Why? Because shes the daughter of a very famous man.
Does that make sense to you? So no, it's not "parading her around as the voice of black women" it's called "the famous black girl is going to make headlines before the non-famous black girl". Do you honestly expect no one to be talking about Obama's daughter working on a TV show with Donald Glover?
