There's no "Jazz", it would literally happen and it wouldn't necessarily take years. The supreme Court chooses what cases they will hear in any given year.

2. I do care and I am being realistic. The same court that struck down Roe v Wade would certainly strike down an executive order from Biden on abortion rights. The only way to ensure that they are intact is if Congress, the Senate and the president all agree to it.

Would trump be dictator if he could? Almost definitely. But im not worried about it because he would need the senate and congress to be 100% behind him. I hate that it sounds like I’m defending trump but I’m just tired of these political parties treating us like we all have double digit IQ.

It’s why tons of rich people lean independent, they want to hear from both sides, but in Trump’s case his bigoted views and violation of human rights makes millionaires even think twice about voting for him.

In all honesty, deep down, I myself really don't believe Trump could ever become America's first dictator. Yes, him and the Supreme Court could destroy all these coveted "checks and balances" but then what? Industry within the US isn't even programmed to run under a dictator, it's gonna take some extreme propaganda to get a juggernaut like "Apple" or "Microsoft" to continue as normal under a US dictatorship.

At the end of day, people just want to keep voting as a "sacred privilege", so they rebel against the idea of being told who to vote for.
