I've around the block for a while now.

I remember when all the OG posters from the HB forums kept saying Supreme fell off in 2011 because of Odd Future.

And then I saw people who got into streetwear in 2011 acting like gatekeepers towards people wearing Supreme 2014 and saying the brand fell off then.

It was same thing in 2015 when the Jordan 5 collab dropped and people complained about the collab being sold in Nike stores and House of Hoops as part of their deal with Jordan Brand.

Same with the LV collab.

Same with the VF Corp acquisition.

You got the Tik Tok generation always talking about how corny the brand is because their frame of reference for who they associate the brand with is people Jake Paul, Ricegum and those "How Expensive is your Outfit" videos from 2018.
And now we're here. It's been so interesting watching this brand's perception change and yet stay the same for over a decade.

I thought the same thing the other day. Really shows how timeless Supreme really is culturally and design wise. I noticed how you can see it in the designs the past 5 years. Not many overzealous box logos on every shirt/pant/hoodie and just subtle logos that still present the ethos of the brand.
