I was hoping it’d more supergirl x lobo but it seems more like supergirl x her random friend with a lobo cameo or two then he’ll show up for the finale action set piece

Jammuhbecause of where it's placed, I think the ceiling of the box office is $650M, unless it's like some kind of insane success ala Wonder Woman or Captain Marvel

I’m keeping receiptsI feel like it’ll be a thunderbolts situation. Really solid reviews, genuinely connects with the fans with people who are surprised at how solid it is, but doesn’t really break out for normies.
Thats a big up swing for me because after trailer one I thought we were looking at a 5/10 blassic. I actually see some juice here now tbh but I think it’ll be like a 300-400 million smaller blockbuster. Matt Beloni said the budget is on the lower side of 100+ million so between theatres and VOD I don’t think it’ll be a huge disaster or a failure or anything

Yeah I don’t think it’ll do better than Superman but it’s definitely not gonna flop.
Personally think it looks amazing and feels different from Superman. Only GOTG vibe I get is the design of Krem which idk why they changed him. Idk if GOTG was so good that it’s the only movie in space people remember or what.
