Lot of stuff dropping around it but I think around the same as Superman or a little more. If I’m going off your logic more because it got more likes on social media than the Superman reveal.

The marketing is, you know… marketing what the movie will be. Yes it’s been a small amount so far, but based on what we have seen so far, it appears to be very Gunn-inspired

Supergirl, based on what we’ve seen so far, literally checks off like four hallmark James Gunn boxes:
- space
- rock music/Walkman
- lighthearted tone
- CGI animal
If this movie is based on the comic, then its not gonna be a lighthearted tone

I really really really hope the overall DCU tone project-to-project does not follow the Gunn formula even in projects he is not writing or directing himself. It can work for his own projects but an entire universe in that tone would be utterly exhausting

I just wish it wasn’t so blatant that’s all so that when they do all come together it felt like a merging . Give us the best directors that want to do these movies . A woman director seems obvious or at least a woman writer . That’s just me though . S*** Michelle McLaren who was going to do Wonder Woman .

I just wish it wasn’t so blatant that’s all so that when they do all come together it felt like a merging . Give us the best directors that want to do these movies . A woman director seems obvious or at least a woman writer . That’s just me though . S*** Michelle McLaren who was going to do Wonder Woman .
I think clayface is gonna be very interesting. Its the least James Gunny project so far at least movie wise. And it's gonna be a horror movie played completely straight so that's different
