There was this TikTok that tried to say that succession was propaganda trying to make us absolve the rich, all after saying they only seen the first 2 seasons at best lmfao.
Some people just don't understand what's going on in the show and I really don't blame them. The show is straightforward but it's dense as f***. It reminds me of the wire

breadI'm not gonna lie, the baseball scene sticks out like a sore thumb to me. I'm not saying the characters aren't s***ty people for the rest of the series but that scene was a little too on the nose to me if that makes sense. I'm sure it wouldn't have been included if Jesse could re-do that, just like roman's wife/kid
it feels like they really wanted to bring it home how trash the characters were on first watch. I think it's a valid choice to have it in there tho but after watching the rest of the season/show def not necessary lmfao.
Then again, I doubt they knew just how far they would take the characters toxicity

I still believe Mr Robot season 2 put a lotta people off the show altogether, which is a shame because season 3 and 4 are banger episodes after banger episodes
Plus the twist in season 2 was pretty coolI'll never understand the hate for season 2. It's just as good as the rest of em imo just a tad slower
