The Logan music on Kendall from episode 9 makes sense now
Yup I pointed it out that may have been interpreted incorrectly - that song played when Logan THOUGHT he was winning but really f\*\*\*ing died right after that. It was to signal impending demise, not victory
Logan is def to blame for them all being dysfunctional as f*** lol He could’ve did it the right way and groom them to work together. Stringing each along inflating and then deflating their ego didn’t help.
I’m sure he realized this and wanted to keep control long enough and then get out before he croaked lol They truly aren’t serious people.
The best lesson you can learn about this series (other than the kids being incredibly flawed) is that while Logan is excellent in the long game, his strategy w/people management to achieve those end points is just terrible
I love his cunning, but he simply got lucky that family still wanted to deal with his s*** even after being treated how they did. The moment Shiv has in the club that basically states what I mentioned earlier, if Shiv has that moment earlier, or Roman, or Kendall, or even Ewan, Logan’s dead (metaphorically) way earlier
People mismanagement is pretty much the heart of this series though. But Kendall in some very unfortunate way inherited it from Logan so I gotta blame the OG

Him keeping them divided their whole lives was the undoing here.
Family ultimately means nothing
Dividing this into two eps wouldve been more effective tho.
Nope. Completely the opposite IMHO
Tom eating crap and just playing the cards that are actually in front of him instead of gambling extra chips, to me it feels the best that type of guy wins over Kendall literally subsisting on handouts and IOUs or Shiv consistently fumbling pretty good situations
Also nobody’s mentioning it
But Willa was already celebrating Connor being sent to Slovenia
She prolly had her side nigga lined up already
her face when she realized he might not be going and they'd have to live together again
Shiv is the wife of the CEO and mother of the future CEO she highkey won
are there any CEOs with fetal alcohol syndrome?
I made a thing

Even then, yeah he's CEO
But Mattson owns him.
And his wife. Basically spelled it out for him that he was probably going to f*** her.
He got CEO but nothing else will ever be real for him.
I don't think anyone truly won.
I mean…
It clearly was
Anyone who has a really staunch opinion on episode 3 involving the critics scares me lol (or at least raises some flags)
The fact that she brought up the fact he killed someone at a moment like this shows that she was scrambilng for ANY f***in reason for him to not to win f*** her
yeah im happy they didn't do any of that, i think just posing the question to the audience instead of explicitly showing it is a million times more effective
she won in a sense but she definitely sacrificed her independent nature which is a huge part of the her character
she's gonna end up like her mother in the long run which is the most ironic part of it all
If I was Kendall i woulda beat the s*** out of roman to do what he said about my kids.
Nigga deserved that
she's gonna end up like her mother in the long run which is the most ironic part of it all
How so?

Yeah but that feels more realistic. I also like for him to nominally come out ahead of the kids who didn’t deserve it for some of the reasons I already mentioned, but Tom being the puppet, corporate guy that’s just willing to eat s***? That guy is who is the “CEO” when you have a young firebrand as owner
Twitter CEO won’t matter as long as Elon is owner, even if Meta separated owner and CEO, they’d never matter. This timeline just fits more with real life and tech imo
That truly is the greatest tragedy ever put to screen: not being able to run Fox News
It's not about the company. It's about earning the approval of his father, following in his footsteps. The thing he was groomed for and told he would have from the age of 7
