Prezhere's my initial take on shiv's decision. I hated it at first, because seeing the 3 kids on the same team was awesome. it killed me that she did that after they teased us with team roy uniting behind ken. but ultimately as the end of the episode played out, it clearly made for a more satisfying ending. shiv is right - ken isn't a good person nor a good CEO. it's hard to say if shiv made the right decision or not but I think she did, because even though ken was firing on all cylinders these last 2 episodes, we can't forget about who he really is, as demonstrated over the course of the series.
I also think her decision was ultimately best for both herself and roman, and ken in the long run (if he can get over the initial shock of it).
hat's off to the writers for the way everything unfolded. 10/10 episode.

Ehh way more optimistic view of it than I have
she's soul and mentally f***ed for life, just like Kendall. Roman's the only one that has some sense of peace at the end.

Company was already being sold under Logans direction. They were already going to "lose" it.
The kids only reinserted themselves in the race and reframed it as "saving the family company" after Logan died and made clear that they weren't serious people who should be near the company lol
