Gerri, Frank, Karl and them take charge of the company, probably using the siblings' decisions over the season against them
Mencken doesn't block the deal, Matson gets the company. Idk who he puts in as CEO, but probably not Shiv. Don't think it would be Greg either but seeing Shiv's reaction to hearing that they picked Greg or Tom over her would be priceless

Stewie and them pull some shareholder vote or board veto mumbo jumbo that I don't understand to ice the kids out

feels like they've always shown us everything with no weird twists that come out of nowhere. if there's no real conclusion it would be a slap in the face imo.
