He won in the sense that he gave such a high offer to the old heads directly that for Kendall and Roman to fumble it would be a major L for them in the eyes of the company. So they’re forced to either sell the company or be known as the CEBros that failed it

not with ATN involved in the deal. that's why it went up so high. they were only expecting around 146, 147 as far as a renegotiation bump for Waystar only.

See I think the opposite. I have a feeling Kendal isn’t showing all his cards. Mattson is is paralleling with S01 Kendal “I’ll stuff you with so much money you’ll s*** gold bricks” vibes. Mattson will f*** it up for getting cocky and arrogant / I can see his relationship with Shiv getting in the way.
I think for the first time in the show Kendal is actually in control and we he will essentially beat him and become the heir that Logan was trying to breed.
