+my metabolism don’t work like it used to either.. y’all will see in a few years lol.. you either gonna have to accept the fact and adjust your diet or start going to the gym to maintain figure
also sleep is so much more crucial now than ever before. went from loving to see the sunrise before going to bed to sleeping before 2am = good night lol smh
