Dawg it's even worse than that - the automated line is plugged into your recent activity so it picked up on the package from Stussy, fed me all the information I already had from the tracking page and if you try again after that it's like oh word, you just called about this and nothing's changed, nine circles of hell s***

When a package from fed ex got lost I dm them on Twitter and got fast replies and s*** got done try doing that
