There was literally 3 big batches of leaks from bp 2018 to last year.

And the songs got way more fleshed out & some are only parts of the final songs, obvious he was working n playing around with them. Most werent even mixed. Songs are worked on n workshopped/tested for a long ass time.

Its just a premature leak like how leaks are.
