Patek Philippe World Time 5130R. The world time has always been my favorite complication and this has been one of my grails forever. Rose gold, black strap, and i am bricked up boys

    Wow, heavy piece.

    Thoughts on the Rolex Landweller:

I love that they revived and refined the Oysterquartz, but I can’t stand the dial. I’m excited to see future versions—hopefully, they’ll use this model for high complications like perpetual calendars.

So the city at the top of the dial is the time zone you are currently in, and the inner 24 hour dial represents the hour. In this photo, its almost 20 in new york (8pm). You can use the 24 hour circle dial to check the time in any time zone. So find paris on the dial, and its almost 2am. You can also hit the pusher button on the left side of the case and it will rotate the city dial to whatever city youre traveling in, while jumping the hour hand forward 1 hour each time. So if i was going to london, i could hit it 5 times to switch to london time, while still seeing its just about 8pm in nyc.

Had to get it because i think its one of the coolest watch complications out there, and i may be wrong but i believe patek is one of only a handful of brands that have the pusher to jump to other time zones. Love to travel so this was perfect for me

I despise the 6 and 9 markers on the dial, but other than that i really like it. A bit overhated at the moment

Very happy with this pick up. Specifically how the second hand just orbits around the dial.

What is this called? Goes crazy

  • This is where I stand currently. Might go for something with more color/sport and try to swap out the Ronde. But it’s pretty cool to slowly fill up the watch box.

Tbh I don't think the Powermatic 80 is a great movement. You're better off buying the quartz PRX.
