I think it's using other software that's already out there/in partnership with another company tbh
E.g. Izotope RX already separates tracks into Vocals, Bass, Drums & Other (4 parts)

Which isn't a bad thing as there's no product on the market that allows it to work in such a user friendly manner e.g. I can render the stems for any song rn with Izotope but there's no 1 click method or player specifically designed for this method of playback with remix capabilities/looping/effects etc etc
