I mean...having any additional songs after the pt 2s is weird in the first place. It automatically makes them all seem like bonuses that aren't actually part of the album. It's not like the pt 2s are extensions of their counterparts, they're alternate versions of songs you've already just heard in the album. Theyre great as bonuses, but nobody's trying to listen to all those straight thru and then get to three additional tracks. The three additions should be sequenced somewhere within the album prior to the pt 2s, otherwise they'll never really seem like part of it.
