Ehh I wouldn’t say that because there is a lot of missing context. It’s worth it to watch all the episodes for understanding. I just feel like that was the only one that was super interesting. The Dre episode was ok but the Paz and Tate episodes were just horrible

I didn’t like how they tried to bring in these 2 “Professional” killers just for them to die the way they did, it made them seem more mediocre than anything. Trying to make the show go a political route in general just came off corny to me and it didn’t help with this episode at all. It all just seems extremely forced. I’ll say it wasn’t nearly as bad as the Paz episode but I just didn’t like it. It was possibly because of coming from that good episode with Tommy to this. If it was the other way around I would have probably liked it better

That's fair. Personally I enjoyed the more political nature of this episode as it fit more around Tate's character, seeing all of his plans go to s*** around him but he ends up weaseling his way into turn Ghost's death to his benefit. But yeah Tommy's episode was far more relevant to the actual story so I can see why people may not have enjoyed Tate's as much as maybe I did.

But yeah that Paz episode was just flat out terrible, nobody cares about her character like that I would've enjoyed a Saxe episode more and I don't even want a Saxe episode

I think The Wire spoiled me honestly. The politics from season 3-5 was done flawlessly and then I compare that to how they handled politics in this show and I just feel underwhelmed

And agreed. I would have much more appreciated a Saxe episode

I like how the they did Tate’s story, he wasn’t a bad guy. He seized his moment when everything was stacked against him.
