Buy a PC or Xbox like everyone else that wants to play Sony Exclusives has to buy a PlayStation.

I already have a pc and will buy Bethesda games on there but I would have preferred to buy for PS5 or even switch pro if the games could’ve worked on there

They’re just cutting out audiences to try to get people to buy an Xbox and it’s sad

Meanwhile Sony just pulls original new IPs out of thin air like it’s easy: Horizon, last of us, days gone, Returnal, ghost of tsushima, etc.

They don’t go around buying assassins creed or call of duty and making them exclusive just because they’re popular

In a few years this will be everywhere anyway. MS is preparing to have Xbox game pass everywhere and move beyond just a console box.

I feel like by the end of this generation it'll be on either one. A report came out yesterday that they're goal is to put game pass on everything. Low-key felt like Phil and the CEO of MS was saying this is the beginning of the end for the Xbox console brand.

I could see it on Switch but I’d be very surprised if Sony allowed Game Pass to be on PS5, if anything I could see them trying to compete against it

Didn't they allow EA game pass thing on Playstation? I know I always see discounts on Playstation if I have the EA play pass. I think if they see it's just another subscription service and can get more people buying a PlayStation I can see them allowing it, especially if they're getting a percentage of letting MS put the pass on Playstation (not of the subscription sales, but some behind the scene contract for using the PS store).

I feel like if they are moving away from the Xbox brand and more towards a universal windows experience they'll just rebrand it to "Microsoft game pass"

I’m thinking they won’t because of how hesitant they’ve been on allowing small things like cross play, plus EA isn’t a direct competitor. Nintendo seems far more willing to work with Microsoft over the last few years, either way if Sony allows it it’s a win for Xbox since they would get far more subscribers which seems to be their end game
