i still can't believe this fandom bullied this adorable kid. then continued to trash hayden for years because anakin wasn't like the vader they grew up to, for obvious reasons.
you know, at least george told the story he wanted. he didn’t betray his vision even when the world was mocking him. he could have changed all his plans after the critics and fandom had a bad reaction to tpm. if he had been more concerned with making money and pleasing fans, aotc would've been a very different movie. you watch both trilogies and you can see the story and the characters had a clear purpose.
Prequel trilogy 10/10
lover ✨Dec 20, 2019I just got home, I liked it. They definitely had some trouble following up TLJ but I think they wrapped things up pretty well tbh. Seems like they were trying to make it more of a spectacle than anything. And like a lot of people have said it starts off a little wobbly but gets a lot better in the second half
