Dec 19, 2020I believe Disney are playing it smart and they’ve been planning all along to move Grogu on from the mandalorian so he can appear in other content. This way they will further be able to hook that vast audience Grogu gets and put them on to their other shows.

WESLEYS THEORYYeah Grogu is cute but it's not "The Mandalorian and his cute sidekick" it's The Mandalorian. It would've gotten repetitive and stale if they didn't give the storyline a good finish.
Could be why season 3 might potentially be focused on Boba instead. To distract the "audience" from the absence of The Child. Because if season 3 of The Mandalorian was Mando alone again, I think the missing presence of Grogu would be felt alot more.

I think the next season ro two needs to focus heavily on taking back mandalore.

Jugern0tHis story isn’t complete and actors from the show have spoken about season 3 and possibly a 4th one. There’s way too much potential. You’re going to be wrong about Boba taking over for season 3. His show is just going to be a miniseries and it will lead us into the 3rd season of the Mandalorian.

Focus on taking mandalore for season 3 and 4. End it in season 4. Perfection. Star wars is revived. They just have to keep that same energy

They should move away from the Skywalkers now seriously. Focus on new Jedi that they have actually originated and not something George Lucas created years back. Mando is a great character. Now make a Jedi show off of a new created Jedi
Wouldnt mind a new trilogy based far into the future of someone who gradually becomes a jedi. BUT has nothing to do with the skywalkers other than a passing mention.
But idk if i want them to do movies after gow bad they f***ed the last trilogy up

There is no Luke in this series. This is not a Jedi show. Don't people understand that Ahsoka was in this show just to introduce her character and show plot details about the Rebels sequel, which is to find Ezra and Thrawn. I know for a fact there will be a couple other characters I won't say that people will get excited about but not Luke

dotMTbh grogu really got this series popular with the memes. Also my girl and her little cousin dislike Star Wars but really enjoyed the mandalorian simply because of the child.
The show will suffer slightly if they decide to cut grogu in the next season
