Big engine upgrade to Unreal 5.5.4

Should bring decent performance uplift and improve stability. Personally I’m waiting for that before getting back into it

Just posted a video breakdown but if you don’t want spoilers and just want a little description of the 2.0 update I wrote a quick overview:

-New engine with totally revamped lighting
-Reworked the landscapes, foliage to look better
-A-Life (basically enemy AI) massively improved
-Hundreds of little fixes and tweaks
-Custom difficulty
-3 types of binoculars each with different tech and functionality
-A bunch of new weapons and scopes
-Fog mechanic, sort of like a random event that makes combat harder
-Weather looks more breathtaking
-PDA has statistics to track your journey
-Enemies now seem to have regional variants
-They improved mod tools so the community will def be happy

Custom difficulty means everything to me. Scary mutant bullet sponges are not my idea of a good time, just let me roam a comfy zone….
