Spider man is my favorite hero and I love the multiverse concept in anything really .. and this movie isn't doing it for me either

idk why these animated spiderman movies feel hollow to me

think of it like this

the entire point of alternate realities that make it “relatable” is accepting your path in life & recognizing what’s actually important to YOU in this universe. However that comes about is up to the character & writers but it’s still a simple concept

plus you realize a lot of these multiverse spidermen have been ASKED to finally be brought to the big screen

Just realized it’s the perfect time to do a rewatch for part 1

I have a copy on Blu Ray that I’m going to enjoy watching this weekend

Switched my tickets to a matinee on Saturday.

Whenever I watch a sequel to something I always watch the og the night(s) leading up to it.

Gonna watch the entire M:I series throughout the week before Dead Reckoning.

It is what it is. Using that as your crux for why you don't like this movie is wild.
