then why do they almost go out of their way to make sure he's not mentioned or alluded to in the MCU? when Tobey and Andrew are telling him about their uncle bens, or at the gravesite... wouldn't that have been the moment to just acknowledge his existence in the MCU? But they didn't and we're left to assume aunt may was just a single mother figure the whole time and even if there was an uncle ben at some point he left no real impact on holland.

At this point want to see Garfield and Tobey again for secret wars or madam web eque s*** or really even Amazing spider man 3 lol
