This seems way to elaborate and it’ll be something simpler or even just not explained
But my theory is that because Vulture knew Spider-Man’s identity, for some reason he accidentally got put back to Venom’s universe
But that doesn’t even really make sense so I have no idea

It takes place in the Universe that Venom got teleported back to. It's Sony, they tried to push their way into the MCU but Vulture will be written off as "this is Vulture from this universe that doesn't know about Tom Holland Spider-Man"

the scene with peter and tobey on the school roof is what solidifed it
they both had ben die and had that moment where they wanted to kill the guy and tobey did.
thats always spidermans origin and the moment he decides to do good and stop bad things from happening
plus Tom only heard the 'great power/great responsibility' line in this movie. thats the other part of his origin
him getting stark tech, messing up with it, being in the avengers, not being super traditional spiderman etc was all origin
then that ending, that was like the spiderman 1 swinging scene or amazing spiderman 1 car theif scene

i hope it makes ppl appreciate this trilogy in the long run

Andrew Garfield Spider-Man said he went down a bad path when Gwen died and stopped pulling punches. I assumed maybe that means they bring him in as their Spider-Verse SpiderMan, but I'm dumb and didn't recognize the Raimi suit so maybe I'll be wrong.
