like do we really need a college tom holland spider man movie where he fights a venom-d up new villain
Tom is young and in his prime. So why not. Plus at this point they basically completely rebooted the character again. They can do anything they want now and that's kind of exciting.

But since they’re gonna be in college now I don’t think we’ll see too much of him if none at all but who knows

Since before the 1st movie I think they said they wanted to treat this like they did with Harry Potter. As long as Tom is down and they keep churning out good stories they can go a while
College series can bring in Harry/Venom/Gwen/Scorpion/Kraven etc etc his rouge gallery is pretty large.
Personally I like the slow pace of ->high school-> college-> adulthood
When it’s all said and done Peter might only be like 26 years old when Miles takes over lol
yeah, that's fair
it's easy for me to get disillusioned with the idea of that. I felt like this was such a cool finale to a trilogy and to imagine a world with the same spiderman but not having any of that supporting group that made this trilogy so great just seems kinda lame to me. it's also a pretty easy get out of jail free card to do a tabula rasa hard reset by just saying "okay all of these characters now dont know you exist so now we have a fresh start" lmaooo
