There’s 2 issues with this as I understand it:

Max never actually knew that Peter was Spider-Man in his universe. Like he had never even met Peter, he even says to Andrew!Peter that he was surprised he’s not black (followed up by a nice Miles Morales reference).

To date, there is no Spider-Man at all (so far as we know) in Venoms universe. And even if there is, we know for a certainty that Eddie/Venom haven’t even crossed paths with him, so why were they there?

Did I misinterpret what Strange said, or is this just a bit of a plot hole? Or was Strange just wrong with what he said (wouldn’t be the first time)"

The 'magic rules' of how the spell got tampered and how everything got fixed definitely don't make alotta sense tbh.

So do the villains who are now cured go back to alternate realities/versions of their universes where they were never villains? Or do they just go back and die as humans instead

at the end when strange is saying theyre coming through u can apparently see other spidey villains (like white outlines kraven and s***, people we havent seen yet in the movies)

strange also says something along the lines of "some slipped through from other universe"

so what i think is this:

the "botched" spell affected everyone that ever knew or ever will know peter parker = spiderman. but the 8 we saw in this movie were just 8 randoms that "slipped through"

that explains the lack of tobey MJ aswell for me, she didnt "slip through"

Im guessing each person that came from the multiverse would return to their own separate reality.

For example Otto returns back as a normal being in his own separate reality, and doesnt die fighting Spiderman. But Tobey returns back to his own timeline where Otto is dead.

I just watched the movie again, forgot about this, and noticed the band aid again at the exact same moment and was like f*** that felt weird again like it was added mid scene and I forgot to check if it’s a mistake or something
