I’m sorry guys, I can’t, I just can’t. The snake is eating its own tail (Spider eating it’s web? Does that work?) and I just wish this felt less like a theme park ride. When you pluck things out of their context and try and fold them into a homogeneous mold… there’s something real that gets lost in translation.

I didn’t really buy Peter’s insistence on curing the villains. And I’m getting a little sick of Character gets plopped into confusing situation. Character gets immediately brought up to speed and kicks ass.
I mean, a little of that is to be expected, but when it happens so often, again, something real is lost. Zendaya is nice. And, if nothing else, this made a good case for how Amazing Spider Man 3 could have been interesting with a good script behind it.

This film is like Alfred Molina’s CGI face.
It gives the appearance of being a familiar friend.
But something is off…
