I’m surprised the jokes hit for me, last few mcu movies comedy been kinda straight face, glad that didn’t carry over
the fact that they so obviously reused scenes from SM3 instead of just getting the actor gonna piss me off for sure
Was due to COVID. They didn't want to do it that way.

"I was in the Avengers"
"The Avengers??!!! That's GREAT! What is that?"
"I was in the Avengers"

Nah Tobeys comedic timing in this was on point lmao
And then Andrew building off that “are you in a band?”
i think i’ve outgrown super hero films after watching this ngl
It ain’t hit for you?
hes still not ready but after the ending of this film, he already seems in a way closer place to being able to mentor Miles Morales
when Miles' dad dies, Tom Holland Peter gonna know how to console him now
"I was in the Avengers"
"The Avengers??!!! That's GREAT! What is that?"
That got me, idk why I somehow expected him to be like yeah we have that too
bruh for a split second I deadass thought this meant Tobey's Spiderman 4 and I swear my heart stopped
i can’t remember what moment it was. i think it was when aunt may died ??? or when tom was beating the s*** out of goblin but for a split second i got the feeling of how i felt when i was 7 watching those original raimi movies. i almost teared up tbh

Definitely
i also like how some of these super hero things he’s learning from tobey and andrew. like he’s been around the avengers forever now but it’s not until he was around other spidermen that he started understanding what being spiderman is
It ain’t hit for you?
i enjoyed it but i realized these type of flicks just don’t really move me anymore i feel like i’ve seen the same joke, scene, arc, trope too many times now. it feels formulaic
