I wonder if the movies will be in the style of the "specials" they've done recently
That’s what I’m thinking but 2 specials a year plus a season per year tbh it’s basically just 2 extended episodes per season
900m
There newer season have only been 10 episodes long + 2 specials they’re doing per year. They’re getting 150M for 12 episodes
12.5m per episode
And mfs gonna come in and ask “why don’t they just end it already”
12.5M per episode and they’re able to make and air an episode within a week
South Park is gonna do a marvel type cinematic universe with the 14 movies. Mark my words lmfao

South Park TV series extending to season 30 for Comedy Central linear
14 South Park original made-for-streaming movies exclusively for Paramount+ -
starting with two films in 2021
Extremely happy about this
Out of all the shows in its genre; it’s the most consistent of them all..... BY FAR
Last season was damn good
The last 2 specials were a huge miss though. They went super soft
But I still have high hopes for the future of South Park
Paramount Plus now instead of HBO Max
Also 14 movies?
Yeah why do the rights keep changing? It was on Hulu then moved to HBO Max.... and now it’s gonna be on Paramount+ now?

Matt and Trey really winning lol

It’s annoying I’m not about to get Paramount+ which apparently is only for the specials while the actual season is on Comedy Central

coon and friends storyline is pretty good tbh

Pretty sure paramount owns Comedy Central and that they have a Comedy Central section
Trey and Matt should make Baseketball 2
Team America 2
Baseketball 2
South Park Movie 2
Then the crossover event where all the movies collide
Pretty sure paramount owns Comedy Central and that they have a Comedy Central section
Didn’t know that
14 MOVIES?!
The “movies” are just TV specials like the Covid & Vaccine ones. So really just extended episodes since they each were like 40 minutes or so
900m
Damn so they gone off HBO soon?
In I binged the whole series this past year
But wtf no body got paramount plus
Pandemic special was gr8, vaccine special is one of the worst things south park has ever done. Outside of the old ppl being vip and partying after vaccination the rest was not only all over the place but boring as s***
It’s confusing now cus all 24 seasons are on HBO Max and when new episodes drop they will drop there the next day
But I’m gathering Paramount is where the specials will be on first now?
Happy they got the bag but that is not the move for fans
Just watched the new special. Was pretty good!
