I know this is a bit over-simplified and potentially reductive but I just have a lot of trouble reconciling the fact that THE perfect eternal being would create a flawed creation, knowing they would sin, leading billions of people to eternal damnation, just to send himself as a sacrifice to himself to satisfy rules that he made up so a portion of that same population can be saved. That doesn't even begin to touch on the fact that God is not only the originator of all physical creation, but concepts as well. The very laws of logic and morality, the concept of "right" and "wrong", the concept of sin, and so on and so forth. I've seen some Christians argue that goodness is innate to God's nature, but it seems to me like any sort of characteristic like that has to either be created by the uncaused originator (meaning he created the concepts of both good and evil, evil being an unnecessary and bad creation) or there are concepts above God that he is subservient and beholden to.
