Should I go to this lol. I’m 27 I think I might be too old for this
I'm 27 and just saw LUCY two weeks ago w a very small crowd of mostly young ppl in Frankfurt.
I don't think there's such a thing as being too old for a good show tbh lol, just bring a friend if u feel weird and then u basically don't need to care about the rest of the crowd. when the music is good the crowd energy is good as well, regardless of age, is my experience. seeing both super online young artists as well as 90s bands

Half joking but I do appreciate the real response
I’ve been to a few shows like this recently (the hellp, 2hollis etc) and it’s been interesting actually feeling older
Still gonna keep going to s*** if it’s good for sure

Would be hella dope if you could, one of the purposes behind me promoting and producing this is building a new independent live music scene for the bay that doesn't associate with the f***ery that is live nation. ny and la got so many indie festivals, n the bay shouldnt be excluded from that energy
umru goated DJ. sick lineup ngl
ty bro it means a lot im working like 12-16 hours a day 7 days a week to fund it
overnight warehouse job w/ overtime
s*** gimme some music recs since they allow me to listen to music at work, still might be able to add some new suggestions to the lineup w/ a month to go + an afters getting announced

nw I'm chronically addicted to music digging and have built my entire lifestyle around it lol (journalism and DJing now, working delivery and listening to music driving around lol)
DJ_Dave is special she's literally coding beats live. one of my fav releases she got is this remix for Bby Eco. untitled (halo) cool new indie band. Deer Park very cool adhd indie guy who's worked w everyone from Jackzebra to Mechatok (plays guitar on that fakemink Ecco2k track that got big)
rest I don't know, also not US based tho maybe some other cool local ppl. for those ppl alone it's a quality lineup for sure tho !!
my highest rec would def be umru and LUCY, who works exclusively w garageband stock sounds but somehow makes pure magic w that, super wholesome even life-affirming person to me. dropped one of my fav albums of last year solo (s/t Vol. 9), and also 2024 a sick collab album w Surf Gang too.
