And you have to remove the covers, take her leg off your lap, walk to your console, put the game away. Now you looking for split fiction and can’t find it. You swear it was right there between fifa 16 and stellar blade. Now shes frowning cus she been waiting for 5 mins. Eventually she says nevermind she’s gonna take off, you’re taking too long.

Also digital only or primarily I think we saw the quality in music at times go down I wonder if games will be the same way.

I do get it saves on production cost, the format is getting increasingly large, disc reader cost, cost to be on store shelves. Time needed to go gold and send to cert vs digital is much easier. It did feel inevitable. 2 year notice helps but I do wonder what Xbox does from here.

Xbox best move is saying physicals remain, online free to play, gamepass will be first party games but not at launch. Launch get a discount to purchase to own .

But likely both companies fumble some right now. With the demand for increased profit and AI kicking everyone ass I am not shocked.

This basically changes many people that were building disc collections to you better start getting digital or keep your PS5 meaning you have to pay full price out of pocket no trade in for a PS6 .

Wondering how devs feel about this so going to take a look there too. If a PS6 is more like a PC like Helix cool but its not going to be. So limiting to Playstation store their prices I dont know
