Gamers want to be victims so bad. You basically played concord for free if you bought it. You spent $40 and they refunded $40. That’s not like being robbed at all, because in an actual robbery not everything can just be easily repurchased like a digital game.

Series X is a better console than PS5. Better features, better online service, FAR better subscription service. But gamers bought into Sony ecosystem with the PS4 and weren’t going to have it another way. They overrated mid Sony exclusives and put down Xbox any chance they got to make themselves feel superior.
No s*** Series X didn’t sell well. Gamers only have themselves to blame tho. Multiplats + game pass on series X, no PS+ sub and only playing console exclusives on PS5. If people did this then gaming would be in a great state

obviously, they deserve a full refund just like Concord
In the past something like this happened and Sony fixed the licensing deal so people got their content, maybe a solution like that could happen with studio canal but if not then full refund

Proof Xbox does it? I've never heard a case where they remove accounts if there are purchases made. They have previously taken inactive gamertags but the accounts still had access to everything
Edit: Microsoft will not close your xbox account if you made any purchases on it
Exceptions: The activities below are exceptions that will result in Microsoft extending your account’s active status, even if you have not otherwise signed in to your Microsoft account within a two-year period. Purchases. Xbox in the past decade plus doesn’t have anything to contend with bloodborne, tlou pt.2, god of war, returnal/saros, Astro bot, etc
