7/10 is a solid score average

I don't think many ppl legitimately expected critics to give it 10/10 Game of the Year.

And when was the last time we gotten a 7/10 3D game?

For a lot of Hardcore Sonic fans it'll probably be an 8+/10. But the generals consensus being that it's a solid game is a win

i dont view 7s as solid tbh, imo they tend to be closer to bad than good. usually that "not that good but i can have fun and pass time"

8 is more the good/solid for area.

im sure sonic fans will like it since this is what they're used to

it’s an average lol it doesn’t mean you’ll think the game is a 7 if you play it

It means some people loved it and others didn’t and so the average is in the middle

You have to play it to know which side you’re on
