so i went to this private urgent care like a f***ing idiot

it's pretty clear nobody has any clue what they are supposed to be doing and then this man poked my very very deep seated sores with a needle to draw the fluid they needed for a swab. and then they said ill get results in 7 DAYS. and that they have no access to blood tests so they aren't sure if the test will be accurate. and the vaccine that can prevent the later onset symptoms is only effective within the first 4 DAYS of infection.

and every single person kept asking over and over if i have s***w "high-risk" men.

urgent cares are def the absolute worst. i had an eye infection once and they couldn't figure out how to get the prescription to my pharmacy, i called them 4 times to get them to do it and by the time they finally got around to doing it the infection was already gone US healthcare system is a mess. at least for all the s*** you have to put up with hospitals are usually competent, urgent cares don't even hide the fact they're barely functional and just there to absorb insurance money
