i’m talking about advasis groups who’s land is getting taken by the indian state and sold to private companies, the indian state literally backs fascistic paramilitaries to commit genoicde on them and CPi(Marxist) literally collaborated with the state, they literally continuation of second international bullshit
Maybe if Naxalites wouldnt antagonize every other leftist group others would be more keen to support them
Same s*** as why nobody f***ed with Shining Path as they were killing leftists on the regular
Brazil and Mexico the biggest ones out of these right?
wish they’d have an english propaganda site but they got bigger worries lol
Brazil and Ecuador have the most advanced Maoist Movements in the Western hemisphere, then probably Colombia.
I bet in the next decade we will see Maoists in Brazil and Ecuador launch a people's war. Both have already at times taken up arms against the state to defend the masses.

this is just plain opportunism what justification is their for collaborating with a fascist state
from my experience not much at all, they ask u questions on ur stances, and then try to develop u towards their line
I guess it differs heavily group to group, but I'm interested in what focuses groups have and how that effects who they recruit. Like do they care more that someone is educated in theory? Or is just like "okay you hate corporations + imperialism and want to help the working class work toward socialism you're in"?

Why should u support anyone trying to kill you over their cult beliefs
Coolest Gonzalo argument for me is "the dogs were already dead" in response to the Deng protest

i was part of a small group so it was literally who hit us up then we send a group to meet them and discuss their politics and afterward we’d discuss within ourselves how to uplift them to “our level” theirs strengths and weakness in political ideology
for example when i read the documents about me after i got recruited they described me as a Marxist Leninist with a anti revisionism bent with an interest in the cultural revolution so they first solidified me by sending documents and discussing the cultural revolution, one person literally read all of Peking Review during the cultural revolution and then they would try to develop my other political aspects
What do Naxalites contribute to India in 2022
Seem to be contributing to something

oh thats pretty interesting actually, was there any level of local success or anything with organizing or anything? Or did it end up just being more of a mutual reading circle?

thank god operation greenhunt failed, did u read the book by the same name, the details were of what India is doing is horrifying

attempts to do rallies and got contact with unions did do a reading group thing with new recruits for a little while then let them develop on their own providing any answers they have for questions.
didn’t get much local success due to all of us not living near each other so it was tough to do work constantly
Seem to be contributing to something

"About Cuba, I can only say this concretely, they play a role in the service of the Soviet Union, not only in Latin America, but also in Angola, for example, and in other places. Cuba changed hands, from one master to another" - Gonzalo
Yeah f*** him for saying that lol
There's a reason Fidel is so beloved in Africa and especially South Africans, Angolans, Namibians etc
That take is based on nothing
Cuba's intervention was initiated without Soviet consultation
The X head thing is also something I never heard before listening to Gonzaloists lol
We haven’t even been around a decade and we already shaking this mfer up, stirring some s*** up.
If Fidel was a Soviet pawn
Why did he launch the rectification campaign when USSR came with Perestroika
As a matter of fact one of the Maoist texts abr Cuba even acknowledge that, let alone the ideological underpinnings of it
If the Cuban revolution was not socialist, if Fidel was a revolution (and Che was the only real communist according to some), then why did Cuba under Fidel come with a whole book compilation of Che's economic critiques of the USSR using capitalist categories in their planning? Why did Fidel hold entire speeches criticizing the same mistakes they made in Cuba and rectified them?
I think some of the Maoists should remind yourself of what Mao said about speaking on things without invastigating them

Because Gonzalo said so
