But the last couple months I felt more and more drawn to anarchy

Ayyye, you on the right path.

Maybe we need an Anarchism thread.

Pro-China? Just because I don't think China is Nazi Germany 2.0 and oppose US aggression doesn't mean I support them. Just like me not buying into all the propaganda against Iran doesn't mean I'm a follower of the Ayatollah.

But do you believe an authoritarian regime can effectively lead to socialism?

Make one. I’d love to learn more about the different views and how they actually could be implemented

does anyone in here have a good list of more modern books that relate to sort of the broader socialist cause? even if its just something focused on one topic within socialist theory (not sure if im wording this right)

i've read most of what would be considered the classics and historical stuff. i guess basically something that could be described as a modern day reading list for socialists would be what im looking for.

Just wanna say sorry to all the ML’s I offended on the first page, a few months ago. I always considered myself Demsoc/socdem, but just recently, this year, I finally learned about history from a true leftist perspective. I can now say, that after months and months of research (Reading works like; State and Revolution, Imperialism: the Highest Stage of Capitalism, Mao’s contradiction, and lots of Parenti as well). Most westerns would also call me a tankie lol. Neoliberalism propaganda is a mf, none of us are immune to it. Sorry for the bs y’all, leftist unity 💕

  • This podcast right here kinda cemented me joining the dark side btw. All comrades should check it out tbh podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/revolutionary-left-radio/id1218054701?i=1000422130394
