Ghaddafi had some batshit crazy beliefs and (personal opinion) made mistakes thinking his success in Libya gave him a springboard to start influencing operations elsewhere and probably his biggest mistake by far was validating racial politics.
Still though, independent of some of Ghaddafi's ideas himself, it's still pretty based and i'd still defend him and Titoism over models for developing countries imposed by the west any day of the week

A lot of it imo comes to "do you prefer the emerging liberalism of China or the hard liberalism of the US" and i think rationally the answer is yeah the brand of politics of China is far superior to the ass backwards liberalism of the US and it's far more likely that a more ideal state (anywhere) could come into existence and stability under a China-leaning global hegemony rather than an American one - for the time being if anything.
I don't really care about China themselves as much as I do their foreign relations, and China's foreign policy is objectively better than the US's regardless of where you fall on the political spectrum, even if there are small nuances or personal disagreements.
