I had IGOR leaks through the leak site but the RIAA thought I was a hacker even thought I spent an hour explaining to the Vice President of their s*** that I got it off the site

But why would the Vice President of the RIAA not only have the FBI obtain a warrant, but also accompany them on the raid as a member of a private entity :elon: my lawyer brought that out against them and they dropped the case considering they didn’t have any evidence regardless

The first hour in I could tell nobody but that bald corporate f*** was wanting to be there so I just helped them understand they they were getting f***ed even more

    this insane

Do we not share the goal of achieving class consciousness right now? An anti capitalist class consciousness at the least ?

People act like being a “tankie” or a statist or whatever is something ML’s LIKE being

Hell no. I’d love DemSoc or Anarchism or whatever to bring about the end of inequality in our world democratically and peacefully. But it hasn’t and it won’t because those political structures have the highest potentials of being usurped, subverted, or corrupted. I’d love a peaceful transition into post capitalism achieved democratically. Will it happen? Not in the near future

do you believe a worker’s state is possible?

A workers state is possible but it must have a major goal of establishing a global workers’ state before moving into disestablishmentarianist objectives in regards to the state (vs government, two separate political entities). Disestablishment of the state cannot occur while land owned by the workers can be encroached upon by capitalist/imperialist states who wish to project their own power

The workers state will be run by and work for its workers at the cost of the oppression of the bourgeois who wish to preside over the workers at all costs in the same way a capitalist state will defend its bourgeois against those who work under them

Realistically, if a workers government didn’t have a state, how else would power and violence be able to be projected against capitalist states? A state is required to coordinate and project such power, since states exercise a monopoly on “justified violence” over its people.

i understand your reasoning for wanting a state to protect the society from imperialist’s. but why do you find it necessary for state-controlled means of production? what’s wrong with the democratization of the workforce? we can reward our workforce with their full value & freedom. i advocate for market socialism as a necessary transitional state towards de-commodification & housing co-op policies. why would an economy of this model be detrimental to the state and it’s ability to protect us from agitator’s?

How would the syndicalism approach (Workers directly owning their businesses within a market) work to end material inequality when competition and arising inequality would still exist due to material conditions? There would still need to be the state to coordinate material distribution. How would conflict between trade unions be settled if it came to violence? How would the installation of a liberalist democracy work to counteract global capitalists seeking to topple them without a coordinating body to bring about direction?

I’d love for us to finish the revolution in a country and just check the box off and leave the place alone while we organize markets and that stuff but the reality is that there is an inevitable war to be fought if we want to truly liberate the world. And that means gearing up for wartime.

in my mind, abolishing the state is a very long term goal. i know i’m relatively new to leftism but i’m not naïve enough to think we can rid of it tomorrow.

Abolishing the state can’t occur until there’s no other state to oppose it

    1. can you elaborate on what you mean by “material inequality” and the “material conditions” you’re specifically thinking of?

    2. a state or a worker-sponsored institution would probably be necessary in addressing your concerns. i’m not opposed to a state providing guidelines and protection. i just want to liberate the working class and i don’t think state-ownership over the economy does that.

which will assumably never be the case. why advocate for this ideology if it can’t fulfill it’s promises? i don’t see how implementing a system like that would improve the material conditions of the general population. if anything, i could see things being worse. what happens when the vanguard party becomes corrupt and we don’t have the means to oppose them?
