I'm not black so I couldn't even if I wanted to. I have my own valuable past experiences in an African-led communist revisionist organization tho (ty Uhuru and Chairman Omali for the life lessons).

I dont believe America is ready for class struggle. This was proven when the vanguard the black panthers were destroyed. But still I would prefer someone if they are a socialist to at least get in the practice of organizing

Lots of parties exist. You can join psl or whatever one corresponds to your particular leanings. Now your just venturing into defeatism

Lots of parties existing is probably the issue

Reminds of Stalin talking about how Trotsky would switch sides whenever the war was looking bad for the bolsheviks. Perpetual victim ideology. Not exactly a sign of a respectable left

lol stop talking like u know me cause u started ur first reading group

u can catch me in other threads sounding no different than Pol Pot about streamers, i’m just accepting the fact that there’s a large group of young guys and middle classers that waste their time watching streamers that can be exploited for an originations end through Hasan. it doesn’t matter if i hate on him or like him he’s exists and any “leftist” group from yellow unions, gutless soc dems, tenet organizations, and immigrant labour orgs can exploit for their ends

Saying you shouldn't join a party cause by your view their all useless is defeatism yes. How can revolution happen if you ultimately see it is something that is perpetually pointless? Who will start it? I joined the aaprp cause they correspond to my beliefs. I'm sure their is a single decent enough party in Canada

telling people to "just join a party" is irresponsible for a lot of reasons. most of these organizations will eat you up and spit you out after they've wrung enough busy work out of you, leading to burnout and deradicalization. what matters currently is an emphasis on reconstituting the communist party as a militarized, anti-revisionist formation; which can only happen through ruptures in the movements of the masses.

right now the best thing young people can do is get involved in mass movements like the palestinian nationalist movement in the US, or get a job in a field you've determined is ripe for proletarianization (which can only be determined after a serious scientific investigation). these are the realms the next revolutionary party will emerge from.

yeah that’s my whole point with immigrant labour orgs being much closer with immigrant proletariat communities i learned much more from them organizing small strikes within mainly small indian business owners that were exploiting them by flat not paying their wage. any organization in touch with these communities are gonna leave a much more interesting legacy and rapture from the current movement

though i can see how this can be limiting to white people cause the discussions aren’t gonna be in english and stuff

learn a second language then i guess

How is getting involved with the Palestinian movement any different from organizing? Look bro at the end of the day these parties exist for a reason. Having a bad experience doesn't really nullify their use

I dont get your question. I'm saying that the Palestinian national liberation movement has the potential to spin itself off into a new anti-revisionist communist party because its a mass revolutionary proletarian movement whereas getting involved in an existing party means being beholden to existing structures, which means more burnout, more abuse, more movementism, more chauvanism. There's no scenario where you can join an existing american party and reform it into revolutionary Maoism (or split it into that) because none of these parties are mass parties.

In a different scenario there is probably value in joining a revisionist party (the KKE, despite its theoretical problems, really is a party of the Greek proletarian masses and has the potential to continue moving left). Nothing like that exists in the USA.

I know revolution won't start with the US which is why I want to organize with Africans. The third world will be the vanguard like it's always been

the third world isn’t coming to save you

you, a westerner, organizing with the global south because you see your own working class at home as hopeless while having the audacity to lecture others on reading Lenin is laughable man

third world saviorism is cringe and they don’t care about westerners coming to navel gaze at them
