It's a very good starting point for all of these, of course you could probably write an entire book about each intervention, but i still learned something new about all of them that i read
It's also great bc you don't need to read the entire thing at once (prolly bad for your mental health too lol) and you can do it in whatever order you want so yeah i would definitely recommend it
