i am comfortable putting a guy who spends 250k/year in that category

I don't understand how you can do all of the things socialism is advocating for without the wealthy members of society not getting a hit to their standard of living ??

You don't think it's possible when there's such an obscene amount of worth being hoarded that it being spread around more fairly is necessary

So what you suppose i do? I'm about to vote this week, that's all i can do. You don't know what's good for me and what i need to do to stay afloat in this world. You can't just be assuming s*** about me without ever having a convo with me bro. I don't feel like i ever had it easy either financially and emotionally, but politics is not the answer for me. Like i said it's a spiritual path and just overall good self care. Who are you to say i should move my focus over to politics if that's not where my heart is?

You can very easily pay attention to politics and advocate from any point in life, nobody ever said you need to move it to be your only focus
