You really can't compare Drake and JaRule. JaRule doesn't have a quarter as many hits as Drake, didn't sell nearly as many albums, wasn't dominant nearly as much or as long. Drake has the longest run of dominance in rap history. JaRule's run doesn't come close to that.

Drake is in a much different position in that, like this year where he hasn't scored any legit hit records on the charts, he has still moved more units and pulled more streams than every other rapper just off the quality of his back catalog. It's hard to "end" anybody like that.
